Launching my career in 2008 as a business consultant for a home furnishings company in NW Indiana, I gained valuable insights into home accessories and furnishings. Simultaneously, I trained and educated franchisees and staff.  Relocating to Chicago, IL, I embarked on consulting for a small digital strategy firm, married, and welcomed a child in 2016.

 

Upon returning to NW Indiana in 2019, I actively participated in constructing our first home, overseeing the project from sourcing to procurement. Shortly thereafter, I ventured into home renovation for resale, focusing on project management, sourcing, and procurement. Alongside my passion for interior design, I derive fulfillment from assisting local entrepreneurs in streamlining their design business profiles.

 

My diverse background encompasses a wide range of expertise, including business acumen, custom home interior and exterior design, interior and exterior decorating, staging, home construction, sub-contractor management, website strategy and requirements, user experience testing, social media marketing and design, interviewing and hiring, customer service, training, coaching, and project management.
